All of the scales below follow the same format. They are MIDI files only. To see the notation, you will either need notation software or a scale book with the scales written in the same format.
Getting a book is recommended because fingering is quite important. One scale book that I know of that has scales written in this format is called "Mel Bay Presents Complete Violin Scale Dictionary." There are others.

The format for all of the scales is as follows:

1. 6 click count off with the first tone of the scale sustained.
2. Major scale repeating the last tone to begin each new octave and arpeggio
3. Melodic Minor using the same form and arpeggio
4. Harmonic Minor using the same form and arpeggio

Melodic Minor scales are different going up than they are coming back down. Going up, the 6th and 7th tones are raised 1/2 step. Coming back down, the 6th and 7th tones are no longer sharped.

Harmonic Minor scales are the same going up and down. The 7th tone is raised 1/2 step, thus creating a step and a half difference between the 6th and 7th tones. This interval between notes gives the Harmonic Minor a very unique sound.
