At Bethune, the dance department, known as Dancers Express, trains in all areas of dance: ballet, tap, jazz, modern, folk, ethnic, and hip hop. Annual recitals are held where the students can show off to their friends and families what they have learned.

 

Along with school performances, Dancers Express performs at conferences, showcases, libraries, fairs, and many other places throughout Broward County. Very often, several students are chosen as dance assistants for master classes.
